DATED : APRIL 12, 2019 In response to the order dated 23/1/2019 passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Amravati under Section 41-A of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act, the election programme was published. We do not find any date in the election programme about its publication. Be that as it may, the election programme commenced from 5/3/2019 and 13/3/2019 was the date on which the voters' list was to be finalised. According to Shri Khamborkar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, the members came to know about the election programme on 15/3/2019. The petitioners and other members are said to have raised an objection to the election programme, but it is not yet decided.

The question as to whether the election programme was declared on 5/3/2019 or on 15/3/2019 and that the petitioners raised an objection to such issue
