The name of the petitioner should be corrected in the judgment, dated 8th of April, 2015 as per the cause title. So also, the second sentence and the last sentence of para - 3 should be corrected as under - "The Scrutiny Committee has wrongly brushed aside the various documents of the Pre-Independence Era on the basis of an observation by the Vigilance Cell in the report in regard to the occupation of forefathers of the petitioner being weaving."

and in last sentence - "We find that the Scrutiny Committee has incorrectly appreciated the material on record to invalidate the tribe claim of the petitioner."

The necessary correction should be carried out immediately.
