Heard Mr. S.V.Sirpurkar, the learned advocate for the appellant and Mr. M.J.Khan, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

ADMIT.

CRI.APPLN.(APPA) 275/2015.

Until further orders, the order of sentence is suspended on the condition that the appellant deposits the amount of fine as directed by the learned Sessions Judge in paragraph Nos.1 and 2 of the operative order before the Sessions Court. The appellant shall be released only after the amount is deposited.

On deposit of the amount of fine, the amount of Rs.1,50,000/- shall be paid to the Legal Representatives of the deceased Ramesh, as directed by the learned Sessions Judge. The learned advocate for the appellant submits that the appellant is not seeking stay of these directions.

The applicant/appellant shall be released on bail on same conditions as were imposed by the Sessions Court, however, subject to furnishing fresh bonds and surety.

The application stands disposed of accordingly. JUDGE RRaut..
