It is not in dispute that except for the presence of these applicants on the spot at the time of incident, no active role has been attributed to any of these applicants. Admittedly, there is a civil suit in relation to agricultural field that is pending between the party of the applicants and the party of the complainant. Then there is also pending a counter case filed by these applicants in respect of the same incident against the party of the complainant. In these circumstances, I am of the view that this is a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, the order. The application is allowed.

Anticipatory bail granted to these applicants by this Court on 21/4/2016 is hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.
