DATE : 01st JULY, 2022 By order dated 13/01/2022, the parties had agreed for appointment of sole Arbitrator. This Court had directed issuance of letter of request to the proposed Arbitrator seeking his consent and disclosure statement. In pursuance thereof, the proposed Arbitrator has indeed communicated consent for being appointed as sole Arbitrator and disclosure statement is also forwarded. Hence, no further orders are required. The sole Arbitrator appointed by the consent of the parties by order dated 13/01/2022, shall now proceed in accordance with law. 2.
