This is an application for regular bail in Crime 86/2018 registered with Shirpur Police Station, District Washim for offences punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 498-A.

The previous application, Criminal Application (BA) 1134/2018 was withdrawn as is noted in the order dated 7-2-2019.

The trial has commenced and three witnesses are already examined. In this view of the matter, learned Counsel Shri Sangram Sirpurkar makes a limited request that the trial Court be directed to expeditiously conclude the trial and render the judgment.

The submission is reasonable in the facts of the case. While no fix schedule can be set in view of the prevailing situation, the trial Court shall endeavor to conclude the trial and deliver the judgment as expeditiously as possible after resumption of the normal functioning of the Court.
