Considering the prayer made in the petition, we deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the State Government where the Revision Application under Section 138 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act preferred by the petitioner is pending, on 19.05.2025.

The said Authority shall decide the Revision Application within a period of four months thereafter.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
