It is brought to the notice that neither the applicant's name is mentioned in the First Information Report nor charge-sheet has been filed against him in terms of Section 299 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This Court has granted interim protection to the applicant vide it's order dated 25.06.2021. However, still it is not clear whether the Police are adding the applicant's name in the Crime. Therefore, obviously, at present entire material is not before the Court.

In view of that application stands disposed of with a direction to the Police that in case, they desirous to add the applicant's name in the Crime and

2 7 ABA 375.2021 wanted to take any coercive action against the applicant, they should given seven days prior written intimation to the applicant, enabling him to resort his legal remedy.

The application stands disposed of in above terms.
