CORAM : S. B. SHUKRE, J DATE : 27.4.2018 Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The admitted facts of the case are as follows:- [1] These applicants have been attributed with the role of giving of blows by means of stones and bricks to the deceased.

[2] Stones and bricks have been already seized from the spot of incident.

[3] The applicants have been questioned at the Police Station by the investigating officer and their clothes and blood samples have been seized and taken. But, the applicants were not arrested by the investigating officer during the period when these applicants were given interim

The custodial interrogation of the applicants is now not required.

The above referred facts and circumstances of the case, in my view should entitle the applicants to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

The application is allowed.

Interim bail granted by this Court on 10-04-2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with the clarification that after the attendance period is over, the applicants shall attend the police station only when they are called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer. Disposed of.
