This Court in earlier round of litigation showed disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, thereupon, the application was withdrawn. However, while withdrawing the said application, this Court granted liberty to the applicant to move a fresh application, if there will be no significant progress in trial, in next six months. Thus, on the ground that there is no significant progress in trial after withdrawal of the first application, the present application is moved. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor points out that in this case the charge is framed and the trial has commenced.

Thus, the matter was heard. However, on expressing disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a request to expedite the matter and grant liberty if the trial does not conclude in near future, he may apply a fresh.

Permission to withdraw the present application is granted.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 7th October, 2020 and the fact that the charge is framed, the trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within next six months.

Liberty is granted to the applicant to move a fresh application for grant of bail, in case, there will be no substantive progress, in trial, in next six months. 7.

Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn.
