DATE : 02.07.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. The FIR itself mentions the name of the applicant as a chief offender with a solid wooden rod in his hand. Not only that it also mentions assault thereby on Vishal. Looking to the head injuries, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
Criminal Application No.213/2015 is rejected. Applicant is at liberty to apply for regular bail. JUDGE Wadkar
