By the present application, the applicant/appellant is seeking to condone the delay of 48 days caused in filing the first appeal.

The contention is that the applicant is required attendant regularly due to permanent disability to her. Therefore, she could not contact the counsel in time and therefore, the delay in filing the appeal is caused. 4.

Though the non-applicants are served, nobody appeared and no reply has been filed on behalf of them. 5.

The contention on affidavit remains unctroverted. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 48 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. The appeal be registered.

Accordingly, the civil application stands disposed of. TAMBE
