The learned counsel appearing for the parties agree to dispose of this petition, since similar issue is already decided in Writ Petition No.6913 of 2024 (Shriram Khiru Kamble and others v. The State of Maharashtra and others) by this Court on 21/02/2025. 2.

We, therefore, dispose of this petition, by directing the respondent No.3/Sub-Divisional OfÏcer, Karanja to decide the applications, filed by the petitioners, for grant of individual leases of agricultural lands, in terms of the policy and law applicable.
