DATE : February 02, 2018 In this contempt petition a grievance is raised that the order dated 23/09/2016 passed by the School Tribunal in favour of the petitioner has not been complied with.

Notice before admission was issued and on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 it is submitted that said order of the School Tribunal has been challenged in Writ Petition No.4142/2017 and the order impugned therein has been stayed.

In view of aforesaid it is not necessary to keep the present proceedings pending. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. Needless to state in case occasion arises after decision of the writ petition, petitioner is free to take appropriate steps.
