Shri Rode, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents, states that the proposal of the petitioner has been considered by the Deputy Director of Education and the same has been rejected in view of the deficiencies.

Shri Parchure, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner would file a fresh petition challenging the order rejecting the proposal.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order, rejecting the proposal. No costs.
