The evidence has already been led and at that time, an application for filing written statement on record was moved, which has been rejected. Since the order passed by the Trial Court is purely interlocutory in nature, no interference is called for at this stage. The petition is dismissed.

All questions are left open to be agitated in regular civil appeal, if such occasion arises.
