In response to the submission made by Shri R.D. Dhande, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the petitioner has already moved an application for removal of guardianship of the respondent No.3 from the custody of the respondent No.2 before the respondent No.1, Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent No.1, in view of the provisions of the National Trust for Welfare of persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities Act, 1999 and Rule 17 of the Multiple Disabilities Rules, 2000 framed under the aforesaid Act, submits that the next meeting of the respondent No.1 is scheduled on 15-5-2024, on which date the respondent No.1 shall start dealing with the application of the petitioner. 2.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri S.M. Ghodeswar, in response to the Court'

s query, submits that an endeavour shall be made to decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law.
