The appeal is already disposed of on 27/08/2019. Respondent Nos.1 to 3 were directed to deposit the enhanced compensation in this Court. In stead of that, they have deposited the compensation amount before the Reference Court on 08/04/2021. The present appellant needs to be given permission to withdraw that amount. Hence, the directions : The Court of Civil Judge Senior Division, Pusad is directed to pay an amount of Rs.24,16,398/- along with accrued interest to the present appellantMohammad Anwar Mohammad Ayub Ghongale after due verification.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
