We have already heard this matter at length on earlier occasion. Since the Court was not inclined to cause indulgence at the behest of the petitioner, an adjournment is being sought. As such, the matter is adjourned for today for dismissal by way of last chance.

Today, the petitioner is again seeking an adjournment. 3.

The prayer in the petition is for implementation of the notice dated 26th December, 2023 issued under Section 55 of the Maharashtra Regional & Town Planning Act 1966 in the matter of installation of solar panel by the respondents. 4.

An affidavit is placed on record by the respondent nos.1 and 2 stating therein that for installation of solar panel what is contemplated is the requirement of structural stability, which is already produced by the respondents.
