CORAM

: M.W. CHANDWANI, J.

DATE : 13 th NOVEMBER, 2024.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record a Pursis dated 11/11/2024 intimating that an amount of Rs.10,62,518/- vide D.D. No.678568 has been deposited on 08/11/2024 in this Court. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said amount.

02.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the wake of deposit of the said amount by Demand Draft, the grievance of the petitioner is redressed. Therefore, according to him, now he is satisfied and he does not want to proceed with the matter further. 03.

It is a matter of record that the contempt petition has been filed in the year 2020 i.e. almost four years ago. Various directions were issued by this Court by different orders. However, for one or another reason, at the instance of the respondents, the orders could not be complied earlier and this Court had to pass various orders even by directing to the Assistant Charity Commissioner to allow the respondents to withdraw the amount for satisfying the claim of the petitioner.

32.cp.125.20 2/2 04.

Therefore, in my view, respondent No.2 - Swawalambi Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Wardha is directed to pay costs of Rs.11,000/- (Rupees Eleven Thousand only) to the Taluka Bar Association, Tiroda, District Gondia for the welfare of it's library. 05.

Notices issued to the respondents are hereby discharged. 06.

The contempt petition is disposed of accordingly. JUDGE *sandesh
