It is informed that name of Durga is Durgawati in the bank record. The applicants submitted bank details along with the pursis. 3.

It is informed that in the same account earlier amount of 50% was deposited. However at the relevant time Registry has not taken any objection. 4.

In view of the details provided by the Bank that account number in which earlier amount was deposited is the same, on verification, issue cheque or transfer the amount by NEFT in the same account. 5.

Application is disposed of.
