Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that if appropriate directions are issued to the appellate Court to decide M.C.A. No.89/2020 within a stipulated time, the interest of both the parties can be taken care. It is his submission that this Court has granted interim relief by order dated 28-12-2020 and the said order be continued till the decision of the appeal. 2.

Learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, records consent for this arrangement.

In view of the above, writ petition stands disposed of. 4.

Appellate Court is directed to decide M.C.A. No.89/2020 within a period of six weeks from today.

Till the disposal of the appeal, interim relief granted by this Court to continue.

It is however clarified that the interim relief granted by this Court, the appellate Court shall not get influenced by the fact that the petitioner was protected by some interim relief. 7.

Appeal be decided on its own merits.
