DATE : 29.06.2015 Heard the learned Counsel for the rival parties. There is evidence in the form of dying declaration of the deceased. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there are other witnesses saying that she herself set her on fire and therefore, submitted that the applicant should be enlarged on bail.
In my opinion that is a matter of appreciation of evidence to find out whether the applicant is right or prosecution is right. Hence, the following order.
ORDER
Criminal Application No.306/2015 is rejected. Trial is expedited.
