This is an application for relaxing the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 21.09.2021 in B.A. No. 778/2021.

The record reveals that this Court keeping in mind certain circumstances, was pleased to grant him bail subject to conditions. The conditions imposed by this Court while granting bail vide order dated 21.09.2021 Prity

The State has opposed this application.

It is pointed out that this applicant has criminal antecedents. The accused is involved in a serious crime.

In the facts and circumstances, I believe that the conditions imposed by this Court, are just and proper. No case has been made out to relax the conditions. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
