Heard Shri Parchure, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri Bhattad, learned counsel for the respondent.

These appeals arise out of common order dated 05.01.2009 delivered by the Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal (I.T.A.T.) in three matters. Third appeal i.e. Income Tax Appeal No. 36 of 2009 has been dismissed by this Court on 29.10.2010. It is, therefore, apparent that the questions sought to be urged are already looked into and found without any merit on 29.10.2010. As such, the present challenge is squarely covered by that adjudication.

Accordingly, in the light of orders dated 29.10.2010 in ITL No. 36 of 2009, the present Appeals are also disposed of. No order as to costs.
