As per the report of the learned District Judge, the letter was issued to the Jail Authority for seeking instructions regarding the bail furnished by the appellant. The Jail Authority informed by letter that the accused has been released after completion of the entire punishment on 17.11.2018. Thus, it is apparent that the appellant has undergone the entire sentence and the appeal become infructuous.

In view of that, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
