By this application, it is prayed that the time to deposit 50% of the decreetal amount be extended.

Perused the application. Considering the contents thereof and the fact that an amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- has been deposited, the time to deposit 50% amount of the decreetal is extended till 02.05.2018. It is made clear that further extension of time will not be granted. On failure to deposit that amount, the interim order passed earlier would stand vacated.

Civil Application is disposed of.
