DATE : 12.07.2023 By the present application, the applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing application for restoration of the appeal that came to be dismissed by the Registrar on the ground of non removal of office objections. None appears for the applicant even today.

Thus, firstly the appeal came to be dismissed for non removal of office objections and now the applicant is absent. This casual approach would result only in dismissal of the application for want of prosecution.

The application is accordingly dismissed for want of prosecution. Subsequent application, in this regard, if filed shall be subject to costs of Rs.5,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur, which shall be the condition precedent for placing the application before this Court.
