IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH : NAGPUR.

Writ Petition No.2755/2015 (Ramakant Vithobaji Gaikwad .vs. State of Maharashtra and others. ) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders or directions Court's or Judge's orders.

and Registrar's orders Mr. R.V. Gaikwad, Advocate for Petitioner.

Mrs. M.H. Deshmukh, AGP for Respondent no.1.

Mr. A.M. Quazi, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4. CORAM : B.R. Gavai & Indira K. Jain, JJ.

DATED : June 30, 2015.

Insofar as rest of the prayers in the petition are concerned, except direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to give electricity connection to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw writ petition with liberty to take such steps as are permissible in law.

Insofar as the direction to give electricity connection to the petitioner is concerned, Mr. Quazi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 2 to 4 submits that demand notice is already served upon the petitioner and upon the petitioner making payment as per demand, electricity connection would be started within a period of one week from the date of payment. In that view of the matter the purpose of the petition insofar as giving electricity connection to the petitioner is concerned, stands served.

Insofar as other reliefs are concerned, the petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take such steps as are permissible in law. We make it

WP2755-15.odt clear that we have not considered other prayers with regard to their respective merits and all rival contentions are available to both the parties.
