By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.2-Management to forward the proposal of the petitioner for the post of Headmaster as and when the post of Headmaster becomes vacant in any of the schools run and managed by the respondent no.2-Society and if such proposal is forwarded by the respondent no.2-Society then a further direction to the Education Officer to grant approval to such proposal. The prayer, as made in the petition, cannot be granted. The petition is premature. The petition has been filed when no post of Headmaster was vacant and still a direction was sought against the management to send the proposal of the petitioner for appointment on the post of Headmaster and a further direction was sought against the Education Officer to grant approval to the proposal. Since the petition is premature, the relief cannot be granted. The same is dismissed with no order as to costs. The issues raised in the petition are kept open. JUDGE JUDGE APTE
