DATE : 06.05.2025 The bailable warrant was issued against the appellant, as he was not in contact with the counsel, as well as not attending the proceeding. The report of the concerned police station is received, it shows that now the appellant is reported to be dead on 02.03.2021 itself. The copy of the death certificate is also placed on record, having seal of the concerned police station, as the appellant is dead, the appeal is abated and disposed of accordingly.
