Shri Mohta, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that since the notice served by the petitioner on the concerned respondent under Section 127(1) of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act is said to be defective, the petitioner is desirous of serving a fresh notice on the concerned respondent so as to avail the benefit of the provisions of Section 127(2) of the Act. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps. Order accordingly. No costs.
