Having considered the reasons given in the impugned judgment and order, I am of the view that this application can be allowed conditionally.

The application is allowed. The respondent No.1claimant is permitted to withdraw the decretal amount deposited in this Court against solvent surety to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) to be furnished within four weeks from the date of the order. The application is disposed of.
