The appellant-in-person with learned Advocate for the appellant and Manager of New India Assurance Co. Ltd. with learned Advocate for respondent no. 3 are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "N". Terms of compromise are read over and recorded. In view of compromise, award is modified. The Appellant shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any, already withdrawn, as per order of the court. 3.

The First Appeal is disposed of.
