DATE : 6 th FEBRUARY, 2018.

Perused the pursis dated 22/11/2017. The pursis is singed by Advocate Neerja Chaubey. It states that jail term of the appellant is almost at the finishing end and, therefore, the appellant does not wish to proceed with the present appeal as that could even be a counterproductive. In support, a copy of letter stated to be received from the appellant is enclosed. Advocate Neerja Choubey is absent. But pursis filed by her is on record and it has been filed almost about two months before. Therefore, this Court will have to take decision now.

Accepting the pursis, which has been filed on instructions received by the Advocate from the appellant, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. The appellant be informed accordingly by sending a copy of this order to him.

The High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Nagpur is also requested to note the fact that the Advocate appointed by it, was absent before this Court, so as to do needful in the matter.
