Keeping all contentions open, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

We hope that if there is any objection raised on the ground of limitation, due consideration shall be given to the pendency of the petition.

We further direct that the interim order shall continue to operate for further period of three weeks to enable the petitioner to approach the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal and shall lapse automatically after the said period is over, unless the
