In view of judgment dated 21.02.2017 in Criminal Application No. 477/2016 at Aurangabad, particularly paragraph no.10 thereof, learned counsel for non-applicant no.2 has no objection if investigation is transferred to competent police station at Mumbai 3.
Learned A.P.P. appearing for non-applicant no.1 is seeking time to examine the facts. However,

In view of this position, keeping all contentions of applicants open and with liberty to them to raise it at appropriate juncture, we transfer the investigation in FIR No.50/2015 from Police Station, Chikhli to competent Police Station at Mumbai.
