During arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the election program is already declared. He is, however, seeking time to verify the same and make a definite statement in this respect. Learned Counsel for the other respondents state that they are still awaiting instructions.

The election program is already declared. We find that the grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is rendered infructuous. However, if any other cause of action arises or if the present grievance subsists, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach again. In the circumstances, with the liberty aforementioned, we dispose of the present petition. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE jaiswal
