20th March, 2019 The petition seeks implementation of the Govt. Policy contained in the Govt. Resolution dated 17th January, 2013 about establishment of Primary Health Centres and Sub-Centres as per the prospective plan. We have seen the information furnished on the affidavit dated 23rd September, 2018. We find that out

of 911, 89 centres are made functional and steps are taken in respect of other centres. The process is going on. Hence, we do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter.

The Public Interest Litigation Petition is disposed of.
