D ATE : APRIL 19 , 202 The petitioner apprehends forcible dispossession without following the due procedure at the instance of respondent No.2. 2] We find that the petitioner has approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur by filing Securitization Application No. 50/2021. It is open for the petitioner to seek the prayers as raised in this Writ Petition before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. Further remedy of appeal is also available to the petitioner if it is aggrieved by the order dated 20/10/2022 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
