I have perused the order dated 28-03-2024 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2089/2024 of which review is sought.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the following order is passed :- iii.

The State Government shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner in writ petition against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, Amravati Division, Amravati dated 05-03-2024 as early as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. iv.

The parties shall appear before the appellate Authority on 08-10-2024.
