Criminal Writ Petition No.324/2014 was preferred by appellant nos.1 to 10 for quashing the FIR No.260/2003 under Sections 148, 149, 452, 324, 325 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. The said criminal writ petition was allowed by the Division Bench of this Court vide judgment and order dated 5th May, 2014, whereby the FIR No.260/2003 was quashed, so also the proceeding arising out of FIR No.260/2003 registered by Karanja Police Station along with the judgment and order dated 20.04.2006 passed by the IIIrd Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, Washim in Sessions Trial No.12/2004 convicting the appellants herein for the offences punishable under sections 148, 149, 452, 324, 325 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code were quashed and set aside and the appellants were acquitted of the charges levelled against them in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. In view of the speaking order passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.324/2014, the present Criminal Appeal No.266/2006 stands disposed of.
