DATED : 07/09/2020 By an order dated 4th of August 2020 the petitioner was directed to surrender on 12th of August 2020 and assurance was given that petitioner shall surrender on the due date. There was no surrender on the due date. On 14th of August 2020, the matter was adjourned by a week granting a last chance to the petitioner to surrender. The petitioner has not yet surrendered till date. There is therefore no merits in the petition, as the ground which is raised for not surrendering, is that the neighbour of the petitioner is found Covid-19+ve. There is no certificate to that effect on record. The Writ Petition is therefore dismissed. The respondent is further directed to initiate steps to arrest
