The applicant has challenged the Judgment and order of conviction passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Deulgaon Raja, District Buldhana convicting the present applicant for the offence punishable under Section 354 and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment of two years and fine of Rs.5000/- in default, simple imprisonment for two months.

The applicant has filed an application before the Division Bench for quashing of the FIR. By passing order on 16.10.2024 the impugned FIR was quashed by the Court and therefore, the revision became infructuous.
