The claimants pray that delay in filing the crossobjections filed in the appeal be condoned. The prayer for condonation of delay is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.

Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the application alongwith the documents filed, the delay in filing the cross-objections is liable to be condoned subject to the claimants not being entitled to interest on the amount of compensation if enhanced from 01.01.2010 till 31.01.2019. The delay in filing the cross-objections stands condoned accordingly. Civil application is allowed and disposed of. X-OBJECTION ST. NO. 2895/2019.
