ATE : JANUARY 07, 2025 Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, undertakes that he will not change the nature of the suit shop/premises till the disposal of the suit. He also prayed that the petitioner be permitted to carry out the minor repairs necessary for carrying out the business as per the order of the learned Trial Court and prayed for disposal of the present petition. The statement of the petitioner is accepted. 2) In response, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the same.

3) It is undisputed that the respondent has not challenged the order of the Trial Court, so the learned Counsel for the respondent has given no objection to carrying out minor repairing as per the order of the learned Trial Court. In view of the aforesaid background, the petition stands disposed of in the above terms.

4) Inform the learned Trial Court accordingly.
