When we are inclined to dismiss the petition and also expressed that we are dismissing the petition, Mr. P.S.Wathore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition so as to take recourse to remedy of filing a Civil Suit. We do not wish to come in the desire of the petitioner to file a Civil Suit. The petition is, therefore, allowed to be withdrawn, with liberty to take recourse to such remedy as permissible in law. However, we vacate the interim order which was granted by us.
