Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed before me the report dated 21.7.2016 addressed to him by P.S.I. Police Station, Majri. On its perusal, it is seen that after grant of interim bail to this applicant, this applicant has conducted himself as an obedient person. He has regularly attended the police station as well. Therefore, by now the purpose of investigation would have been served and as such the applicant could be granted relief of confirmation of anticipatory bail. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed and the interim bail granted to the applicant by this Court on 27.4.2016 is hereby confirmed on same conditions and also on the following conditions.

aba258-16 2/2 (i) The applicant shall attend the police station as and when required.

(ii)The applicant shall reside at Chandrapur as stated by him and his new address together with contact number shall be furnished within three days from the date of order to the Investigating Officer.

(iii) The applicant is, however, permitted to attend the police station, if required by the Investigating Officer, and also the Court dates fixed by the court at Bhadrawati and he shall stand exempted from the condition of residing at Chandrapur only for the purpose of such attendance either at the police station or in the court at Bhadrawati. (iv) The applicant shall not in any manner, contact the complainant and other witnesses and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.
