In the peculiar circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioner to join the Education Society as party respondent No.4 to the petition.

Though the counsel for the Headmaster had made a statement on instructions from the Management that the salary of the petitioner would be paid, the salary is not paid and no action for contempt could be initiated against the Education Society, as it was not a party to the petition. Hence, the prayer made in the application is granted. Civil application is allowed and disposed of.

Issue notice to the newly added respondent No.4, returnable on 16th of June, 2015.
