Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent/State.

Perused the F.I.R. and case diary. It does not appear that this is a case wherein custodial interrogation of the applicant would be required. Besides, in another crime, this applicant has been granted interim bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. Therefore, this application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed.

The interim anticipatory bail granted to the applicant on 22.4.2016 by this Court is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with addition of the conditions that the applicant shall attend the police station as and when required, shall co-
